As intake coordinator, Lourdes liaises directly with all of MorningStar’s new clients by assigning the most appropriate therapist for each case, and helps facilitate all aspects relating to the follow-up process for patients. In addition to her client-facing role, Lourdes is responsible for all external referrals to MorningStar from various institutions.
