Noemi is an Argentinian born clinician who specializes in psychoanalysis and understanding of human behavior that informs patient intervention with the practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

As a highly experienced therapist, Noemi also brings a particular expertise in the treatment of children and families. As MorningStar’s Clinical Director, Noemi ensures that all clients receive the highest level of care and oversees all of MorningStar’s clinical supervisors.

She received her Master’s Degree from Barry University, where she also serves today on its clinical faculty. Prior to joining MorningStar, Noemi was a supervisor at the Children Psychiatric Center’s Sunset Unit and later became Clinical Director of its Markenson Unit in Hialeah, Miami.
