Dr. Silvia Duluc is a physician with over 32 years of experience in psychiatry and joined MorningStar as Medical Director in 2020. She specializes in helping individuals with psychotic disorders, addiction and substance abuse issues, and treats patients with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Dr. Duluc graduated from the Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic in 1989 and is affiliated with a number of Miami-area medical facilities, including Jackson Memorial Hospital and Larkin Community Hospital.
